Good place to visit

Arcanna Dispensary in Ionia is an absolute vibe. Walking in feels like stepping into a cannabis candy shop — everything is colorful, organized, and dangerously tempting. I swear my wallet cries every time I walk through the door, but my heart is happy. The lady budtender who’s helped me the last two times? A whole legend. She knows her stuff so well I’m convinced she has a PhD in Weedology. Super helpful, super chill, and somehow always knows exactly what I need before I do. I used to go to Consume Cannabis, but Arcanna blew that place so far out of the water it’s somewhere floating past the Bermuda Triangle. This is officially my new go-to smoke spot. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you’re missing out big time. 🌿✨

Clean, well organized, knowledgeable. They understand their products and the customers needs.

I like this place, the options are aplenty, the employees are very friendly, the prices are great. But they could improve by being more informative, more helpful. They have an overwhelming amount of concentrates, but they aren't organized. It matters to me, I need to know if I'm getting sativa or indica or where it leans. If this info is available on their website, they could have that menu to look at in the store on a tablet, so that I don't have to go home or to the parking lot to learn about their strains.

I don't even really shop here, but, I do make prank calls, and they've been taking those with the grace of a professional ballet dancer , so they get 5 stars 😂😂😂

Excellent srevice

I've only shopped here a few times and every single time I've had a terrible experience. The very first time, around a year ago, I was buying a little over $100 of things andI tried to use my card and was told their system was having issues, after they tried running it. So I paid in cash and ended up double charged, cash and on my card. Came back to get it fixed, on 4 separate occasions and was told every single time, a different time and date to come in, both the hours a manager who could help me would be there and then specific times and dates on 2 of the occasions, cause there wasnt a manager there who could help. Finally I just gave up. Today, I decided to try my luck again and went in to buy a prepacked ounce they had on sale. The cashier told me it was smalls, had me feel a seal prepackaged ounce to show me their size. Then he went to the back to get a pack to sell. The package looked the same, take it home, open it up, whole ounce of shake. The guy straight up tricked me into buying shake i didnt even want.
