- Impersonate another person or business
- Misrepresent your affiliation with a business
- Manipulate ratings or rankings
Harmful Content
- Post abusive, harassing, or threatening content
- Upload obscene or offensive material
- Share content that promotes violence or discrimination
- Post spam or unsolicited advertisements
Technical Abuse
- Attempt to hack or exploit the Platform
- Scrape data without permission
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Overload the Platform with automated requests
- Circumvent security measures
Business Listing Guidelines
If you create or manage a business listing, you must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Only claim listings for businesses you own or are authorized to manage
- Keep your listing information current
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Not post misleading product claims
- Comply with all applicable business regulations
Review Guidelines
When leaving reviews, you must:
- Base reviews on genuine, first-hand experiences
- Be honest and fair in your assessment
- Not accept payment for reviews
- Not review your own business or competitors
- Not include personal attacks or profanity
- Not include sensitive personal information about others
Enforcement
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Warning or notice of violation
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension of account
- Permanent termination of account
- Removal of business listing
- Legal action where appropriate
We investigate all reported violations and take action at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide prior notice before taking enforcement action.
