What is THCa? +
THCa is the raw form of THC found in cannabis plants. It doesn't get you high until you heat it (smoking, vaping, cooking). When heated, it converts to THC through a process called decarboxylation. That's why raw flower tests high in THCa but low in THC.
Is THCa legal? +
Federally, yes — if it's under 0.3% Delta-9 THC (per the 2018 Farm Bill). But state laws vary. Some states have restricted it, others haven't touched it. Check your local regs before you buy.

Are the shops on here legit? +
We verify what we can, but always do your own due diligence. Shop owners can claim their listings and add details. Reviews come from real customers. If something looks off, report it.

Head to the Claim page and fill out the form. Basic listings are free. Add your details, verify you own the place, and you're live within 1-2 days.
How much does it cost? +

My shop's already listed. How do I claim it? +
Find your listing, hit 'Claim This Listing,' and verify you own it. We'll confirm via phone, email, or docs. Usually takes 1-2 business days.
Can I respond to reviews? +
Yep. Once you're verified, you can reply to reviews from your dashboard. Customers notice when owners actually engage.
How do I update my info? +
Log into your dashboard, go to Business Info, and change whatever you need. Hours, photos, contact — updates go live right away.

How do I create an account? +
Click 'Sign Up' and provide your email, name, and password. You can also sign up using Google or Facebook. Account creation is free and takes less than a minute.
I forgot my password. What do I do? +
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours.
How do I delete my account? +
You can delete your account from the Settings page in your dashboard, or contact us at support@thcanearby.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Is my personal information secure? +
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. We never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I report incorrect information? +
Click 'Report an Issue' on any listing page, or contact us at support@thcanearby.com. Include the shop name and what information needs correction. We'll investigate within 24-48 hours.
How do I report a closed or fraudulent business? +
Use the 'Report' button on the listing page and select 'Business Closed' or 'Suspicious Activity.' We take these reports seriously and investigate promptly.
How do I contact customer support? +
Email us at support@thcanearby.com or visit our Contact page. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Do you have a mobile app? +
Not yet, but our website is fully mobile-responsive and works great on all devices. Add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. A native app is on our roadmap.
