The guy who helped me was extremely rude and unhelpful. He had the gal to ask me if I was part of their loyalty program. Nope. I won’t be coming back.
Pretty unhelpful staff & very wildly overpriced product, though the product itself is quality so far.
Worst experience ever! Went in to buy some flowers and it looked like I was annoying the store guy. He barely gave me options to choose, then went to the back and came back with a bag of weed. The weed itself looked and smelled awful, but it was nothing compared to how poorly I was treated by the employee.
Bought a delta 8 pen 1 week ago and I went in there today to be told "we've never sold those here" the employees don't even know the basic operations
I had the worst experience here. I knew more about the products than the sales associate who was very rude and short with us. He wasn’t even in the store when we came in and sat behind the desk. I haven’t had this poor of customer service ever. Don’t come here.
Great shop! Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, great tips and they are great about tailoring suggestions to your preferences! Favorite shop around!
Per my dr’s recommendation I was recommended to try cbd to help with my sleep. I think this place is really cool & I didn’t have any issues with the business itself, I just wish the person who was working and gave their recommendations would have asked more questions to determine what would fit my needs. I was given 150mg worth of gummies, and I’m not a chronic consumer, even as a marijuana smoker I don’t consume very much when I smoke. I had ended up with intoxication symptoms after one gummy and spent my night in the ER tachycardic, difficulties breathing, couldn’t swallow, and abnormal ekg. Upon my own research I found anything over 50mg is considered a very strong dose and is typically recommended for people who either have a high tolerance or medical issues. I think what I’d recommend in the future is just making sure to talk to your customers about what they are used to or offering lower doses to try vs something extremely strong. I don’t blame anyone for this situation but I just hope this helps employees maybe ask more questions to personalize the shopper’s experience vs just putting something in someone’s hand and checking them out. I spent $50 and now can’t consume the rest so I’m out that money.
The address was wrong on Apple Maps and I would expect the business to update this on the major platforms. If they moved don’t have misleading photos as well. It is not at the mall but rather elsewhere.
wonderful business and a regular shopper. Staff have all been amazing with Hattie being someone who is just fantastic. Always has a smile and is extremely helpful
