Kenya deserves a raise! She is a beacon of positivity and cheer every time i walk through the door. Product knowledge, customer interaction and all around professional. I go out of my way to come to this location because the employees are that amazing.

Amazing products, cheery and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. Kenya is an absolute GEM, she is very knowledgeable and sweet!

If you don’t mind waiting more than one hour to pick up then this is the right place for you. There are currently 11 people waiting and last person that was seen was about 30 minutes ago.

Did not appreciate the less than stellar customer service received today by Sam(?) at the front. Maybe that’s why there are always so many new faces working at this location? Disappointing.

Quick and easy process. Nice staff especially Kenya who has a great personality and very helpful.

Amazing experience, and amazing staff. First time there as a guest and everyone was so helpful and kind. The blonde young man named Sam was very informative about how to acquire status . I couldn’t say enough of how much that meant to me . Will be a long time customer with them as soon as I get my card

Visiting from about 2 hours south and the selection at this location was incredible so many options. Kiosk system is very user friendly and I had a great interaction with a technician named Sam who was super knowledgeable and had answers for every question. The cashier was super friendly overall just a good experience thanks to everyone there for all the help.

I’ve been coming here for a while, but the service has gone downhill. The wait times are always extremely long, and the staff’s attitude is consistently unwelcoming. They also keep introducing new rules without any explanation, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. There are plenty of dispensaries around — this one really needs to work on customer service and communication

Weird old skinny white dude at the front desk wouldn’t shut up about who produces what and where, just a generally weird and annoying guy, basically screwed up the entire sale because he wouldn’t shut up long enough for me to find documentation. Dude needs meds. Don’t come here. Edit: Adding to this that I built their grow facility in Woodbridge. Generally a nice company to work with, alright to do business with outside of their project managers that don’t know much, but their dude behind the desk needs to be fired. Second edit: I found the documentation within seconds of getting home. He really is the problem.
