BLOC Pharmacy - South Jordan

Everyone here always has a bad attitude and tries to act too cool, like they have better things to do than their job of helping you. Especially when you don't tip. This isn't a denny's. They kept my 50 cents in change multiple times. The money isn't the issue here. No one greets at the door, They just stare at you until you approach the counter. Guess it doesn't matter though, theyre too busy smoking out back by the no smoking sign.

Posted hours inconsistent. They are supposed to be open until 7pm on Sundays. It is before 6 now. People are inside, doors are locked and there is no posted reason they are closed. They do not answer the phone either. Dozens of people have knocked on the door with no response. It is wrong to be closed without warning or explanation to your customers who rely on you.

I have been going to this pharmacy exclusively since 05/2020. I have spent over $10,000 here. Yesterday I asked for a refund *for the first time ever* and they denied me. I have purchased carts before. We have all had that annoying cart that only seems to have one circle at the bottom of the cart working. You take one puff, it creates a bubble, and since that is the only circle working, you have to wait a couple hours before another hit or use a lighter to try and bring the medicine down. Imagine dealing with that with a 2g disposable. I will never trust a disposable again. I needed to save money, and I lost around $100. You can not use a lighter to save you, obviously. The puff I took was even smaller than I would for an annoying cart, and it still creates a bubble big enough I cant get a second small puff. Except, you can't see the bubble! So enjoy roasting your throat and your dispo coil on that second puff! Glad this MEDICINE is effectively helping me... not. I no longer trust Bloc. I have such a long history with Bloc. To Bloc, as I can see now, you're just a number and an income. I was within the 7 day window. I brought it back ASAP. Also, when I went back later to get a replacement device that had been dropped off by the manufacturer for me, they "forgot" to put my ID in my medicine bag in the drive-thru. I've been going to the drive-thru for a long time, and that was the first time it happened. Felt like retaliation. Can't tell if im even safe to shop here. Now I have to drive back from Sugarhouse even though i have agoraphobia. It's not worth shopping here just for a student discount when I could get delivery from another pharmacy instead.

They generally have what I want for MS therapy. Symptoms there are taken care of with cannabis are, spasticity, pain, nausea and sleeplessness. Staff is always professional and very friendly and knowledgeable.

The best pharmacy to go to! Everyone is super nice and helpful... they go above and beyond when a product is not working correctly. Def recommend to EVERYONE with a med card!!!
