if you’re going to have someone pull up to the front of your store to get their order, tell them to put their hazards on. otherwise the assumption is they’re in line for sam’s. don’t get uppity over your customer’s negligence to push a button letting others know what they’re doing
I was in a terrible accident which caused me to lose half my leg and I have had 5 surgeries from it, I have been through a lot of trial and error of things to help me to start to just walk long distance and start using my legs again in the weight room. I have noticed the most help from the CBD oil and cream that has helped me be able to start to use my leg again with minimal pain. It had been a long journey but this is small baby step in the right direction. All the prescription medication I was taking was hurting my stomach and this doesn’t. I am so happy I found this for pain control. They were so helpful and informative to help me pick the right products. The Batch cream is great for pain! I have even noticed a difference in my PT evaluation! I can’t wait to see how this helps me in the long run, this is an amazing product!

Ok so let me say this first off I have been ordering from this place for years like maybe close to 10 years and I have never had a problem but here lately that has changed. Not sure what has happened! It is not the product it is the customer service that is truly lacking! I have been dealing with a problem now for 3 days with no resolve. A gentleman has told me no less than 2-3x that he will call me never has he has only emailed me back once and that did not even take care of the problem. Also I ordered my product a week ago and still don’t have it. I paid the $9.99 to have it shipped FedEx but they shipped it UPS and I didn’t pick UPS because sucks around. So now I call today and no one answers the phone! I just checked my shipment it shows return to shipper so I have no answers, no product, no returned calls, no emails and no refunds ( I spent over $100) SMH! This is not how you treat loyal customers! Hope you treat customers better than you have me!EDITED:::4.9.25 They finally responded once I left a review on google! They did make it right by sending me my package but all of this when all that needed to be done in the first place was someone to call me back when they said they would the first time. Thank you for sending me my product. That is was makes me sad I love the product! I remember the days when I got hand written thank you notes 😢!
My first experience was extremely pleasant. The owner really knew what he was talking about, and was able to blend that with my experience of research. He didn't talk past me, but with me, and allowed me to share my area of research and what I was looking for! He made several discounts available to me which was extremely personal! I definitely will be back at some point, but the fact that he sent me home with some gifts to try, tells you a lot about his level of expertise! Great job man!
