raising prices after original owners sold. pretty sad. new owners are 👎🏼

Bought a “Live Resin” disposable that turned out to be a distillate blend without being advertised as one online. 99.9% distillate, .001% live resin. Turned around 5 minutes after buying to be told by the GM the best he can do is 20% off a FUTURE order, no refund, not even an exchange. The actual cashiers were incredibly sweet and helpful. GM shouldve found a better solution. He just lost my business. If you falsely advertise something, you should be willing and able to rectify that mistake for the customer so they leave happy, not offer a bandage for their wounds.

This place Forever had a Bud Counter that was 90+tax for any strain. Went last time and they raised the price on half the counter to 115+ tax … Most was the same stuff they had forever for 90. Not worth it now :( to bad. Used to go every week - my friends and I get better prices at UNIONTWIST 2 mules away

Go to Union twist down the street instead, it is cheaper and better!!!! Casteleaf raised the prices out of nowhere, and it’s so rude how they told another customer in the reviews that they have weed in their “budget”. That person clearly has enough money but they want to pay more for the same weed especially if they’re loyal like me to your establishment. Now I will never go to castleleaf again because of your horrible management. Not even letting the customers know. All my friends stopped going last week because of the price change, I couldn’t believe it. And don’t reply to me saying you have weed in my budget because I’ll spend any amount of money but other people like Union Twist down the street has better prices than you guys so we’ll just go there. Union Twist, Union twist, Union twist is better and cheaper and better management.

Oh man, this used to be my spot until today I realized all the good weed now got raised in price. All the bulk spark used to be 110 an ounce out the door. Now it’s over 132 dollars. I have bought literally hundreds of ounces there and send so many people to castle leaf. Now I will not be recommending to nobody because I see you guys are money driven. Not for the people just for your pockets. You put all the shittt weed for the low now and the good weed that has been bringing in people, now you raise it?!?! During all this time of inflation you guys gotta do that. DO NOT GO TO CASTLE LEAF UNTIL THEY PUT THEIR PRICES BACK DOWN AND THE GOOD WEED BACK WHERE IT BELONGS. All the cheaper weed is TRASH. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and I only started going there about a year ago. And all the people I’ve sent only go there now but they don’t even want to go because the ounces we got all the time were raised for no reason.

I have been a customer for quite some time now,, and now the prices go up $24 for the bud we used to pay 60 for is now 84... no point on coming here anymore.. back to the streets or other dispensaries like Union twist which is right down the street with great prices as well, bought my last purchase of any bud from here. These dispensaries need real drug dealers cuz ppl nowadays don't know how to corner the market and keep customers
