I’ve been going here for MONTHs now, and they’ve all been so helpful. Andrea and Erica are amazing ! They’ve helped me so much, especially since I have epilepsy . ☺️ I love this place and will continue to come here.

Grey hair worker lady was Very rude! When i asked 2 questions she had a attitude. Bought something but will not be going back. Would rather just buy direct from the manufacturer of the products they sell for half the price. Very sad bc the store is a minute away from my house.

Sunday 11/16/25. Linglestown store should be open at 11:00. Me and another person got there at 11 and left at 11:10. No one was there. I went to Giant and then back to American Shaman at 11:30. Still lights out, locked, and no one there.

Knowledgeable staff with several suggestions of products to try. I felt very comfortable with the advice I was given.

TJ was super helpful with my purchase and even let me try a sample of CBG! Awesome place and awesome staff.

Staff is great, always customer service forward. The atmosphere is calming and they have great products.

This place is so incredibly friendly and helpful! Went in for a lighter really quick, and ended up coming back after my beauty appointment and buying some yummy edibles! Good edibles! Friendly folks! Now one of my spots when I have to come back for appointments near them! Love them!

Great shoppe and the owner is very helpful. Using computers for years I’m getting some pain in my hands that’s been getting worse. I found a topical ointment that for me, worked really quickly and provided a good amount of relief. I’ll continue on with it and see how it goes. Very happy so far.

I was in such a bad place mentally and physically, I prayed, please Lord guide me, make it clear to me where I need to go... that was to Matt at American Shaman. To say that Matt changed my life, is an absolute understatement!! Matt has gone above & beyond for my entire family!!! He has helped my daughter who is battling incurable bone cancer, my dog who has a collapsed trachea and a enlarged heart and me who has severe chronic pain, some serious stress & many many sleepless nights. Matt gave me my life back!!! He helped eliminate my pain, reduced my stress & put me to sleep!!!! How do you begin to thank someone for ALL of that!! Matt has Blessed us beyond measure!! There are NO words to express my gratitude!! PLEASE go see Matt, he is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly kind & thoughtful and truly wants to help!!! You'll be happy you did.

This place has amazing quality CBD a peaceful atmosphere, and overall great vibe. Monique really helped me to choose the right products and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Edit to include my recent experience: my dog was diagnosed with epilepsy a year ago. As it progressed, the vets kept increasing her dosage and I didn’t feel comfortable giving so much. After talking with Dale, he recommended their Doggy Chews. I have seen an improvement in my dog & we even got the ok from the neurologist at her annual check up to keep doing what we’re doing as it’s working! I can’t thank Dale enough for not only his knowledge, but his passion and care for animals as well. Dale is the best! He is so knowledgeable, doesn’t make a sale feel forced, and gives incredible advice! I highly recommend anyone visit this shop if you are already familiar with CBD or brand new to the CBD world, you can’t go wrong here!

I visited the store to see if they had a natural product to help my dog who is afraid of loud noises especially thunder and fireworks. The provided me with chews that I give to my dog prior to thunderstorms or possible fireworks, and they work great. The people at CBD American Shaman were great and caring. I plan to go back for other natural products for some of my ailments.

Dale took the time to educate us about the products offered and gave us a full tour of the store, which we were incredibly impressed with. Dale’s knowledge & expertise of all of the products helped us choose what was best for us, based on our own individual needs. He took the time to listen, understand, explain and answer all of my questions. Insomnia, anxiety, aches & pains…you need to see Dale ASAP, he sure helped me! I am a regular at his store and I have referred many of my friends & family who also have raving reviews! 10 stars to the Parma Heights American Shaman, Dale & his entire staff!

Omg. I can finally sleep. It’s been years. I worked in healthcare for years and had to be “on call”, available at night. Ruined me. I’m so happy to have heard about this dispensary. Nighttime DB has changed my life. Don’t hesitate to try it if you’re sleep deprived.
