Delta Medical Supply

I got a CPAP for the first time today. Sean did a great job explaining and showing me how it all work and what I need to do with it. I'll for be going back for anything I need in the future.

Sean was very patient and kind with helping me select new mask headgear for my bipap. Even though I had a old headgear from different manufacturer that made too much noise with air going up sides for a top of the head mask and rejected this mask at first. But wow, he showed me a ResMed N30i that has been upgraded and has cushioned sides with virtually NO noise. Can't wait to try it out tonight. I also got a pack of cpap cleaning wipes that is awesome, it is so much easier than the old white vinegar and water cleaning method that was the norm in 2007 when I started on my first cpap. It is so easy to clean my mask with the new wipes. Thank you Delta Medical!

Sean made all my worries go away and effortlessly gave me the information I needed to get started on my medical device. Make sure to subscribe to his YouTube channel when he starts it.

I love the coming here even for the littlest things they make me feel so comfortable and welcome. Very helpful and I would recommend this to anyone.

Moved my appointment up without telling me. Expects me to just figure it out. Worthless

I really liked Delta and all the people there. What I did not like is that they have stopped taking my insurance (MO Medicaid via United Healthcare). That in of itself is not bad, but to not be notified of it is the reason for the 3/5 stars. I happened to be in the office to get supplies for my CPAP 3 months ago and overheard this information. Thankfully I did as I still have never received communication that I would no longer be able to get my supplies through them. I recently went back in the office to see if they had started to accept MO Medicaid UHC and they do not. If they had just communicated and showed compassion for not being able to provide this service any longer, then this would have been a different review.

I have been acquainted with Delta Medical and the employees there, especially Sean and Gabe, for about 6 weeks now. Every one is very helpful whether it be over the phone or in person. No question is ever too hard. I just saw Gabe again this morning and he is very patient and teaches me what I need to know on the masks I am trying to have success with. He’s such an easy person to learn from, as is Sean as well. My overall satisfaction with this Delta Medical is 100%. Everyone keep up the excellent patient care Jan Sronce
