Thieves! I had been in here 3 to 5 times recently to buy some Zyn pouches and maybe 15-20x prior for other purchases. Never experienced a problem, usually friendly young people working. I went back to buy another tin. I paid and went out to my car and the jerk working walks out and waves me back in and tells me that he didn’t click the right button on his register so the transaction did not go through. My Spidey sense was going wild, but I thought there was a chance he was not lying to me. Turns out I was wrong. I checked my credit card statement today and I had been billed twice for the same transaction. Just watch out for this hustle as obvious as it was. He had the disgusting boldness to tell me that “Oh great this one went through.” And I immediately replied that it was the previous transaction that I was concerned about. Trying to be respectful to the man waiting behind me, I took the L and moved on with my day. So predictable. Took my business to “Smokey’s” tobacco about 2 miles away and the gentleman sold me my tin and even gave me a free sample of a different brand on my initial visit. I guess I know where I will be doing my shopping from now on. Just sad.. If you needed the $10.30, just ask I would have given it to you, bruh.

Got here at 5:02, saw this sign. No big deal I’ll wait it out for the 15. Breaks are needed. Waited nearly a half an hour and still nobody. Take your breaks, just don’t be a liar and disrespect customers by saying 15 and taking 30+. I’ve been outside waiting 25 minutes and counting Update: finally opened up at 5:41 and wouldn’t give me a deal or even a sincere apology. Waited 39 minutes

I talked on the phone to a very nice gentlemen who explain to me in a very nice and polite way about delta 9 And other things in the store, because of his kind nature, I am coming to the store to purchase stuff there are so many of these cigarette cigar places that sell CBD that are extremely rude When you ask a question, not everyone is knowledgeable about these things. Today is June 26, 2024 and I talk to him around 5 o’clock, I hope his boss sees this post because great people are hard to come bye thank you Lea
