There products are over priced and there selection is minimal compared to Sam's shop - Dewitt Smoke shop. A few examples, East Smoke shops 4 pack of perks are even more expensive than Dewitts 6 pack of perks. Their 4 pack of Opias (small tablets) are more expensive ($40) than Dewitts 4 pack of LARGE Opia tablets ($30). East smoke shops 10/15 Hydroxie tabs (rarely in stock) are $55. Dewitts 10/15 (always in stock) are $40!!! Dewitts kratom selection is exponentially larger than East shops as well. East smoke shops credit card swipe device charges a TEN PERCENT (10%) fee. Absolutely insane. Dewitts credit card swipe device charges a 2% fee. Sam and his people in Dewitt are extremely knowledgeable, passionate and customer service oriented, engages with customers and will gladly give his # out for communication and updates. East smoke shop employees are clueless about their products. And theres no communication. They just want your money by any means. The difference between these shops is night and day.
