Been going in a few times every year sense it opened. Had a membership card with 4 punches ready to punch my 5th and they claimed I'd only been in the store one time . I have spent hundreds of dollars in the store over the years to witch they just said are system is very correct and that you have only been here once. So basically they took the computer over the customer and did not even attempt to fix the situation. Then I said keep the card I won't be coming back and the guy said well your banned now anyways after I had already said I would not ever be returning to the store . What kind of customer service is this . Everyone reading this be careful with your membership cards you can be held lower then a computer systems word
