DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I used to shop here a lot, it was never amazing but it was decent and the staff was great (probably the only reason I used to come here). Over the past year I started noticing the crew members that gave me excellent customer service were no longer there which raised a red flag. The first couple times it was understandable however it seems they all left (like over 10 different people) in a short span of time. It really made me question the company I was supporting. After doing some research I started to realize this company is not who they claim to be. There are multiple posts on Reddit describing the mistreatment in staff as well as unsanitary growing conditions (there’s picture proof posted). Theres also some chatter about the CEO who seems like a complete jerk. Most recently it appears they are facing a discrimination lawsuit regarding a customer who requested accommodations for seizures but got fired instead. Walking into a dispensary is a great privilege most people don’t have but these companies should not take it for granted. We can still buy on the streets which it’s still much better quality. To see a cannabis company prioritize profits over values and morals is disgusting. I’m so glad I stopped shopping here and hope the word gets out.
This used to be a five star but after my last experience at the Fluent location in White Plains couples with my last few interactions I am being left with a bad taste in my mouth. I have severe back problems and suffer from sciatic pain that causes spasms and panic attacks. I have been an Etain client since 2016 when I first got my Marijuana Card and have been watching Fluent slowly deteriorate the brand down to its employees who many have left feeling alienated by the corporate changes. I reinstated my medical card earlier this year. No one I know who was at Etain continues to work there. I often travel a long distance to this location because Etain has always had the best service and the best pricing. Since it became Fluent, I always leave feeling some type of way even tho I come in with a bright disposition For the season they have a special where if you bring food donations you get 10% discount (stackable up to 50%). No where on the ad are there details, conditions or terms on what that means. I def got excited and said to let me bring some donations to take advantage of the sale. When I got to the location the gentleman behind the counter looked concerned and uncomfortable as I expressed that I'd like to do the promotion. He had to go whisper questions to someone to find out the details (so we aren't training everyone to know what's going on; a new employee is not an excuse for your employees to not be trained appropriately. Thats a terrible representation of management.) When I asked to speak to the manager (who is feet away from the door) the gentleman had to clarify again the issue and I could hear she didn't want to come out. I was not rude. I merely stated that the discount is poorly defined and they should probably find a better way to clarify the details. She approached me with an "I just got out of bed" attitude and said, " oh, you thought you were going to get the full discount?" The manner on which that was stated twisted my stomach. I immediately knew this person does not give a flying piggy. This has not been my only interaction with the "manager". Ive never been treated so poorly in this establishment because it doesn't end there. Anytime I ask about points everyone acts like it's a taboo. When I go to the 58th at location they ask ahead if I want to use my points and are always polite and informative. The manager at White Plains could learn a thing or two from 58th street cuz they are spectacular there. Now I'm stressed out, having a panic attack and my sciatica is kicking in as I write this. I don't want to come back here. I'm forgoing any earnings or dedication I had to this company through its changes. I am absolutely disgusted. I get treated better by the MTA.
Bad costumer service
It is absolutely diabolical that I live in white plains but have to troop to NYC to buy quality Medical MJ products… 80% of your inventory stock doesn’t change and you’re supposed to be a publicly traded franchise... I would think that SHOULD give you access to more than the mom and pop shops… lol I spend hundreds of dollars every week on Dogwalkers and Rythm products and need to drive an hour away instead of walking 3 minutes down the block…. You guys could do way better. 3 stars for the points system and staff though would love to change this to 5 one day.
Can you guy please stop selling shitty dry old weed to medical customers. Medical customers need to get treated better here, we need more options and better deals everyday. I’m trying to get medicated not taxed for some garbage that doesn’t even get me high. Make better deals everyday for medical patients especially for half ounces and ounces. I can just drive down to verilife and get better deals anytime 😭
Great service!
always a pleasure. preorder, for fast pickup
