I’ve visited this store multiple times in the past and always had positive experiences with the staff—until now. During my most recent visit, I encountered the owner, who identified himself as Sammy. Unfortunately, he was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwelcoming. Given my previous experiences, I was genuinely taken aback by how poorly I was treated. The interaction with Sammy was not only unpleasant—it was unacceptable. Based on this encounter alone, I will not be returning to this store, and I cannot in good faith recommend it to others. If you value respectful, professional customer service, I strongly urge you to reconsider doing business here. No customer deserves to be treated with such disregard. Sammy, as the owner, should lead by example—and this is not it!
