Kure CBD & Vape

Stopped by for a pack of coils tonight, I usually shop elsewhere. I thought they were kidding me when they told me the price but turns out they were not. The price of coils here is double the price I pay for them anywhere else. On top of that you are asked to tip the employees and to donate to fight for vaping rights. I was going to go back inside to return them when I realized how much I had been charged but there is a nice little addition to the receipt now that says liquid and coils are sold as is. Shocked at the levels of desperation.

Would not go back. Bought a vape. It continues to hit after you’ve stopped and it gets hot and just randomly hits. He swapped it out and the new one was also a dud. Then he said he can’t do exchanges or returns or couldn’t even discount a different vape for what I just paid for the junk one. So basically he said I’m out of luck. What sense does this make? Welp my product doesn’t work so you just lose your money, have a good day? Terrible way to run a business. I know it’s corporates fault, no blame on him, but that is not right or how to retain customers. Any other vape shop would make it right. Not Kure though.

The 2 ladies were extremely nice. They went over and above to be helpful. I travel from Ky because vapes are no longer sold there.

Brandon the store manager went above and beyond when I came in today, I had a hiccup with one of the other previous workers who was insanely rude. Brandon took the time to call me and apologize for that girls behavior that didn’t try to help me at all. He’s definitely a keeper! Always super helpful and nice!!!

Worst vape store ever. Prices too high and girl with purple hair acted like a Beech! Will not recommend and won't be back.

Love this place they sell some really unique products that you can’t find anywhere else, would definitely recommend
