I battle Combat PTSD from my service in Iraq in 2004. Sleep, quality sleep evades me most nights. I don’t smoke but the gummies have helped me rest, mentally and physically. I never even thought about using anything except for the pharmaceuticals that the VA has prescribed, not really the best option.
