You guys just laughing at you at the door because they close early
The employee was extremely rude and passive-aggressive, acting like helping me was an inconvenience. What really stood out was how differently they treated the customer in front of me he was treated like royalty, while I was brushed off and ignored. Maybe they were friends, or maybe it was something else like skin color, but either way, the customer service came across as rude, dismissive, and entitled.
You guys really need to get your THC percentages fixed in your website. I’ve mentioned it to all of the surrounding landrace facility that you THC ratings are all incorrect on your website and have been for sometime now. I have multiple clients are choosing to go elsewhere because they need to know THC content of something for medical or therapeutic purposes but are having to travel to your location to find out and that is not working for a lot of people from Hollis to Portland I’ve been hearing it. Please invest sometime into fixing this issue becuase even I myself who normally spends 100 of dollars a week here find myself going to Theory wellness or grass roots becuase I’m able to shop and see how potent what I’m buying is without having to drive there and ask what the percentage of each strain is. Very annoying.

I was sold 2.5 ounces of flower riddled with bud rot and mystery black detritus and my visit right before that: I was sold 3 bunk 1 GRAM cartridges out of the 5 I bought, ONLY 2 OUT OF FIVE worked (but they also leaked)! After taking an hour out of my day driving all the way over there to return this very unhealthy subpar product that I paid $500 for ($450 plus a very generous tip of $50, like I always do) I was treated dismissively and rudely by Shawn, the guy working there, and was told I couldn’t return it because it’s flower (still sealed in the jars they sold it to me in while telling me returns were good for 30 days). Not only are both their flower and cartridges overpriced unhealthy garbage, so is their customer service. I was told to call the owner, so I left and got all the way home but wasn’t given the owners number so I called the Portland store I was just at and the same guy said “Hey! Why’d you leave! I was calling the owner!!” And I had to say, was that as I was walking out the door and had to stop and literally ask you for an apology for the absolute trash product and experience overall? Because you let me walk right out after that part… no calls or attempts to contact the owner for me were made, just scoffing, smirking and shrugging. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here; well, I USED TO!!!!! soaked one of the buds in white vinegar in a sealed jar overnight and got these results… 👎🧐🤢🤮I’ve been wondering why I haven’t been able stop coughing (since coming here)… I’ll be returning most of it minus the 2 eighths I had sent out for proper testing this afternoon… I will update as this pans out. EDIT: the owner claims to have called me twice, below and I’ve gotten zero calls, not to mention I wouldn’t know their number or name anyway since I wasn’t provided that relative information but judging from reviews on multiple other platforms like Yelp etc, this is their M.O.!!! Owner or Someone that needs to do their job and help me: WHAT NUMBER DO I CALL YOU to return all of this trash?
