⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars: Exceptional Service! Mike is a Superstar! I visited Legal Leaf yesterday and had an absolutely incredible experience, specifically because of the amazing customer service provided by Mike at the counter. I had purchased a product that, unfortunately, turned out to be faulty. I walked back in, explained the issue, and in less than ten minutes, Mike completely hooked me up. He genuinely understood the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was walking out with a quality product that worked. He even showed great courtesy by throwing in a pack of papers for the minor hardship! (I must confess my clumsiness lost the papers walking out, but the fact that he went and did that speaks volumes about his commitment to the customer.) This kind of service is rare. Mike and the rest of the team are great people behind the counter who are not just friendly, but clearly very knowledgeable on their products and what they have in stock. I walked out a genuinely happy customer. Wonderful job, Legal Leaf—you’ve earned a loyal customer thanks to your outstanding staff!

THEY DO NOT SELL POT!! This is a hemp store, no need to go in. Did not realize no THC products when I went the day they opened. I asked the staff what the THCA was listed on the products and received a BS answer that THCA activates when heated and turns into THC. Hah, BS! Tried it and threw away. Just go to a cannabis dispensary, this stuff is garbage.

Legal Leaf is not a legit dispensary. They operate as a smoke shop. I’m writing this because I was fooled that these guys were selling actual grass. Smoke shops can only sell Delta 8 or THC A, THC B, and all that fake stuff. They say they have the real shit but that’s where they lost my trust. Any flower they sell is not real flower. They’re not allowed to do that legally cause they’re not a Licensed Dispensary. I think the guys working at the store have fooled enough people to the point where we’re like, “No, it’s not real weed”. After that, I never went back. All I’m wishing is the business to operate honestly and just tell us straight forward that you don’t sell real flower, just the CBD, THC type A and type B (all that fake stuff). I hope this message finds you well and I hope you move forward with honesty rather than instilling distrust in your customers. This applies to the location in North Bergen as well. These guys are not legit, please be careful
