Luxury Loud Detroit: Farm-to-Table Cannabis Dispensary

I went to visit This store because it was open and near where I was. I was disappointed that all the product on display looked the same. Also that the prepackaged 8th that I choose couldn't be opened to see or smell. When I git home, I opened the package and rolled one. It was extremely dried out and had no smell and tasted bad. Had to go to my local dispo for a remedy. I liked the concept of farm to table but, quality matters. Do Better and good luck.

It’s the quality I got some watermelon bud it did not get me high it’s like the quality is going down if y'all growing it please get another grower please

Customer service is great the bud is okay it be good then it’s like it get nasty after a while like it’s not strong enough and I basically smoked everything in there and I smoke top shelf and I buy 28 gs or better the quality needs some changing that’s about it it’s like the quality is for people who don’t smoke for real and they be high as ever like how 😮‍💨😂

I consume cannabis for medical purposes; I smoke good weed because I like it. We drove from Louisville Ky to visit Luxury Loud and were not disappointed. The bud tender was knowledgeable and very helpful. EVERYTHING about the experience, the prices and the quality of my purchase was amazing. I will be back. I highly recommend Luxury Loud Detroit Dispensary.

Everything is already prepackaged and sealed so you just has to eyeball it or guess how it smells !! I received free shake in a tube I opened it it spilled all over my leg and car that should come with a warning label OPEN EITH CARE LMAO so I’ll probably not shop there again I don’t like prepackaged weed and definitely not sealed up.. One thing for one two for certain The marijuana business isn’t for everyone

I’ve been there twice and had an amazing experience. I have eye problems and can’t see well and had to go inside alone this time and i was too embarrassed to tell someone but i didn’t have to because the budtender read everything out loud already and even counted the money while showing me which was very nice! definitely became my fav.

So I come here often and usually have a pleasant experience. I walked in today around 7:50 pm tho and had the opposite. I get the same thing every time the pre ground half oz. Its listed for 20$ but from what I've seen its always on sale. Normally 25% off but if your a loyalty rewards member you can use your points to get 50% off instead. For some reason you can't apply them online it has to be done in store so theirs usually some confusion at first until I fully explain the 2 different sales. For some reason when the chick applied it this time it only gave 25% off. She called one the managers and asked about it and hungup the phone while i was in the process of loading the web page not explaining at all that its advertised 50% off online. Neither of them stopping to question why would the loyalty rewards sale be the same as the normal sale whats the point of wasting my points that makes no sense. So then after she hangs up I show her the web page finally and she shows me when she applies it only does 25% for some reason. Idk if their normal sale says loyalty also or if its programmed in the computer wrong but its been 50% for months it never changes. So I try asking her to call the manager back so I can better explain cuz she didn't mention alot of important details and instead she ignored my request and argued with me for 10 minutes saying a bunch of stuff that didn't even apply to the situation completely disregarding everything I say. She was very rude inconsiderate and unempathetic not to mention not very professional. After about 10 mins of her refusing to simply call the manager back I say "can you please just call the manager one more time so i can better explain i just walked all the way up here if she still says no I'll leave!" Instead she says "no you know what I want you to leave your making me uncomfortable!?!?!" Like seriously I literally just said id leave one way or another if she'd just make the call why she wouldn't just call back in the first place and avoid all the drama idk. Note to managers please check your registers computer as well as the website and app to make sure all prices and discounts are listed correctly and the prices on all 3 match. Im assuming its wrong on the register cuz again why would the loyalty rewards sale be the same as the normal sale plus its been 50% every other time so if u did lower it then change the display on the website please. Also if you could better inform all your budtenders about the loyalty rewards so they don't have to call a manager every time I come in that'd be super great also and would avoid potential confusion and drama later. I always say soon as i walk up I want to apply my rewards for the 50% off and they have no idea what im talking about ring it up normally then have to ask a manager when when I say they did it wrong lol.
