I've been going here for a few years. I don't like that Shelbyville stopped working with Maribos. They had good items. And it's like they don't carry any good items. I've asked them to help find some good Cannabis items and have had no luck. When they were on NorthGrand I didn't have any problems finding thong I liked or help me. That was changed

The female owner does not care anymore and it shows in the increased prices, quality of products of their own brands, motivation and employee turnover, lack of rewards system, lack of quality control both at the cultivation center and at the dispensary. I cannot recommend this dispensary at all...

I guess I should adjust my expectations considering the product. The service sucks, allot of the employees don't know much about the products. The atmosphere is not conducive of a pot shop. The sales they run are jokes, 420 isn't celebrated like other shops. Of every pot shop I have been to across the country, Maribis is the worst in every aspect.

I have absolutely loved every single employee and budtender that I have worked with. Great deals and great products! I have been a customer since 2020 and have fully supported Maribis with telling everyone to go there for their needs. I have chosen Maribis everytime. I was told a couple weeks ago to get my 3,800 points used up by November 15th as they are moving to a new rewards program and everyone will lose their points. I went to use my points today .. November 11th and was told all points were wiped out Friday November 7th. So all my points are completely gone. All 3,800 points. How can you tell customers one date and delete the points a week earlier then said. I never thought I could be so disappointed in a place I've spent years and plenty of money at. So dishearting! Just my two cents.

Been going here for a year but sadly we are now very disappointed in this place. They had a pretty great rewards program at the start but gradually reduced the payoffs recently. Now they are changing the rewards program completely and told customers that they had till November 15th to cash out their points. We went in today and were told the rewards points were erased on the 7th. They took our rewards points away a full week before they said we would. They also got our order wrong the last two times. Additionally, we have not been able to login to our account for 5 months to place an online order. We asked for help every week from June to November and were only told that they were working on it. We emailed them for help as well but got no response. Sad

This was once the best place in town! Best selection but it was the great customer service that brought me back.it seems all the employees that have been there for years are gone and management is very entitled.
