This is so out of character for me to leave a review but this specific employee from the store has brought me to that point. I bought a product from this store and the next day it broke and was malfunctioning, I brought it in and showed the employee the issue along with the receipt to show how recent it was purchased and that this isn’t normal. He was super dismissive and wasn’t listening to me. Overall it was seeming like he was too high off of whip it’s or something to even comprehend proper human to human contact. Hoping this review can positively influence how customers are treated in the future.

CHECK YOUR CANS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE got sold an almost empty can. guess it's my fault for not checking it in store but once I got home the thing was barely hissing and the nozzle was totally screwed down. I just wasted $30 basically.

Continuing my review... Cash only and it's just about closing time. I looked at him and said I have been standing here for 10 minutes and you just now tell me that? About that time two other young ladies walked into the building as the employee tells me that it hadn't even been close to 10 minutes. (I was shocked) His rude tone and attitude was palpable and it was NOT appreciated at all! The two young ladies who came to the building approached the counter and he immediately turned away from me and began helping them like I wasn't even standing there (red flag #2) he and these girls start going back and forth about flavoring something I'm not sure what but that was a situation I had to literally interrupt the conversation and say hello can we figure out what we're going to do over in my situation so that I can go get cash out of an ATM somewhere and come back before you close? The employee pulled out two coils which were not the correct type. I told him the type that I needed he could not find them. I asked him how much I needed to pull out of the ATM? He looked at me and said I don't know... In the rudest tone and looked at me as if I should know I then asked how much each individual coil cost}⁰ p and I'll figure it out for myself, I made sure that he and I were clear on the fact that he was going to let me back in the building when I came back and he agreed and he began helping the other young ladies again. I left, hobbled out to my truck, went to the ATM, pulled out $20 came back. It wasn't even closing time yet keep in mind. There were still 3 minutes on the clock and he had me locked out! Started screaming at me telling me that he was closed and to come back tomorrow. I have never in my life been treated so bad by anyone. This employee actually accused me of lying when I said that I would be contacting management to inform them of what he had done and the things he said and done, he blatantly called me a liar! Z,e I should not have had to experience that not at all I'm appalled at the treatment that I received by this employee, and I certainly hope this is not something that the owners condone! I know for me and for anyone that I know not another dime spent in any millennium anywhere based on what happened to me and I have a very large friend base! I've been doing Google reviews for many years and I can definitely tell you that this is the worst review I've ever left, honestly I wish I could make it worse. That is how unnerved and upset I am over what happened at the Grass Valley Millennium!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! The treatment I received at the hands of the closing employee there last night warrants more than a BAD REVIEW THAT IS FOR SURE! Let me start by saying I have well over 17 years experience in the field of retail management and while I understand and can appreciate everyone having a bad day or a hard time when equipment malfunctions, treating a patron like absolute garbage, being completely unaware of the products you sell and showing ZERO DESIRE to find the answer to a CUSTOMERS QUESTION and then LYING TO SAID CUSTOMER all while calling them a liar? This reaches new heights in my book! I called at about 9:30 to ask about vape coils, the indifference this person displayed on the phone was incredible! He sounded almost drugged and unaware of his surroundings (red flag #1) I mentioned that I would be right down and I was, as I live right up the street. As I entered the building the employee was on the phone with a manager or owner I assume, so hopefully this will jog their memory when they read it and he completely ignored me. Keep in mind I'm disabled I walk with a cane and I have an oxygen tank strapped to my back. Nothing that I'm proud of but it is a situation and I deal with it. I stood there for no less than 10 minutes ignored by this employee when he finally got off the phone and acknowledged my presence he proceeds to tell me that his cash register is broken and he can't take credit card payments. I just left the shop. Whoever was behind the counter (small guy in flip flops with his hat backwards) decided to help the five people that came behind me for some odd reason. I don’t know If the clerk was just being prejudice against me, but I just walked out. Tried to buy an expensive rig for my nephew. Moral of the story is help people in order. I’m a local to grass valley and I will never support this business

Great selection and fair prices for nicotine products. The guys there are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful to customers, like me and others I have seen there. GREAT ADVICE to novice peeps about all their products. GREAT ENVIRONMENT!
