Haven't been able to redeem rewards points in 6+ months. Go to the website today and I'm able to log in and see that I have over 900 points available / $35 off. Go to the store and get told I cannot use the points that I have literally on my phone screen in front of me. Reason? Oh, I wasn't given one - just "not ready for them". When I can finally use my points (????), I will be sure to make one last trip and get as much as I can for the $35 off without spending anything more.
