Oasis Cannabis Dispensary

It's sad that I have to give a one star rating because of the stores mess up. I go here all the time, several times a month. And after this I wish I could give zero stars!! I went onto their website yesterday under DISPOSABLE VAPORIZERS where I added what I thought was a Drool brand vape. I didn't read the whole description because I expect what I'm ordering to be the correct item under the correct category. Once I saw the little box of wax I put it back in the bag to return. It hadn't been opened. I show up to pickup the 2 other vapes I ordered and address the issue from the night before. Also the cashiers always open the bags and take out the items ordered to make sure you are getting the correct items. Well last night the gentleman who rang my order up didn't do that he just gave me the total, I paid and he sent me on my way. Yes, I could have checked the bag before leaving but I expect what I ordered to be in that bag. The manager, whose name I didn't get, some young blonde girl in a green sweatshirt. I pull it up on their site and show here that its under disposable vaporizers. And she says well the description says. Ya I know what it says that's not the point, you have it listed under disposable vapes. She Goes on, well sometimes concentrates blah blah. It's not listed as a concentrate its listed as a DISPOSABLE VAPORIZER. It hadn't been opened and she absolutely refused to make it right. It's not the customers fault that your site is wrong first of all and that the cashier didn't bother to do his job and take it out to show me to see if it was right. Which would have been avoidable of me having to go back over there and pay an extra $20 bucks after paying $36 for the wrong item. It wasn't OPENED, they could have made it right. Had this been Urban Wellness or HDR, they would have made their mistake right. Oasis has lost a customer because of this. It's beyond ridiculous!! I guess they don't care about their customers that much!

Small but it's Oasis so it 1 of the best

My boyfriend purchased two vapes for me on my birthday and he did not want his info to be in the records that he was purchasing a THC product due to the fact that he dose not use THC so he purchased them under anonymous which they told him in order to do that he would have to pay cash. The two vapes were Airox brand which both turned out to be defective, in a way where it was hard to suction from them. Long story short he saved the receipt, and the box. Went to return them, and after explaining to the manager Sean of the store he refused to refund or give him an exchange.The vapes were still new and full of juice. We will never buy from Oasis again.
