Normally I would give 5 stars but this recent order said it was being delivered by UPS because its faster! Nope no go. Its been over a week and still not here

Being labeled a dispensary is wild. Its like being called a liquor store and offering mixers and juice.

I had a pen I bought here clog and I was able to come back and they troubleshooted and got it working. It was a short wait and I was treated to a cookie they were offering for free while waiting. excellent customer service.

Weird vibe..... had no idea what the brand "torch" was.... They're pretty popular so I have to be leery of people that haven't heard of them.... Then again it might be just a Louisville vibe This is very wannabe Austin out here so maybe it's me and not them but they're losing a star because they didn't know what "torch." was
