This employee was extremely unprofessional and rude. He claimed that my transaction did not go through, even though I showed him clear proof from my bank account that the payment had been processed. He said the receipt wasn’t printing and, when I asked him to contact a supervisor or system support for assistance, he refused and said he couldn’t call anyone. After waiting nearly ten minutes while he kept saying he didn’t know what to do, I told him I didn’t want to continue dealing with someone who couldn’t resolve the issue. He then threatened to report me for theft if I left with my items, despite me showing him proof of payment. I explained that I would need to call the police to protect myself, since I wasn’t about to be accused of stealing for something I paid for. At that point, he threw my items toward me, told me to leave, and started taking photos of me while calling me inappropriate names. When I returned the next day to request the owner’s contact information, he again refused to provide it.

Worst service ive ever experienced. One big white guy was rude as hell the other kid in the hoodie just sat there on his phone was basically ran out of the store probably wont ever return at least not to this location

Terrible service Justin got aggressive for no reason then cussed me out yelling at me trying to physically move me. Will never come back to this location and will tell everyone i know

Great customer service

I always buy from here, I normally get it from a dude with glasses who always sells at a fair price. I asked for a quality bong with a 60$ budget. This white guy with blonde hair that looks like his in his 20s sold me this for $60. I trusted him. Went home and just didn’t feel right about the price. Looked it up and it was only 17 bucks online. Felt betrayed. Never shopping here again

I normally go to the Columbia Ave location but this location is a hidden gem! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, especially the gentleman named Jason who expertly assisted me with all of my inquiries during my visit. Jason was able to guide me effortlessly through my wants and needs. The store's selection is vast but with Jason's professional guidance, I was able to quickly narrow down my choices to the quality items that I needed plus even some cool extras I had not originally intended on purchasing. His salesmanship is next level and his professional knowledge of Kratom strains, among other things, is stellar. I would consider making this my main stop for what I need if I could receive Jason's tier of customer service every time. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a chill atmosphere. Highly recommend!
