Megan, Alex, and budtender Chris are absolutely amazing I am typically a nervous person and socially anxious and they were absolutely awesome I found out so much about what I like to smoke and asked so many questions without feeling anxious you need to go there

My last experience SUCKED drove a hour come find out my license where expired I'm 57 if I don't look older then 25 somebody blind. Any who wasn't able to make my purchase. If wasn't as old as I am wouldn't be biggie BUT

Queen City Cannabis Dispensary, Norwood I placed an online order with Queen City Cannabis Dispensary yesterday around 7:30AM. The system didn’t allow me to set a specific pickup time, but it clearly stated my order would be ready anytime between 9AM–9PM. By the evening, the order still showed as “ready for pickup, 9am-9pm” so I arranged transportation and arrived around 8PM. This was my first time visiting, and it happened to be the day before Thanksgiving, so having the order ready wasn’t just convenient — it kind of was a big deal for me and relieved a lot of stress. Not everyone drives or has easy access to transportation, so when I schedule a pickup, it’s intentional and not something I can simply redo. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t find my order at all. I showed my confirmation, but there was no clear explanation and no attempt in the slightest to honor the deal I had secured early that morning. I wasn’t offered anything comparable at the same price — only options that were lower quality and priced higher. The issue wasn’t just the mix-up. Mistakes happen. My main issue was the lack of compassion or any effort to make it right. As a first-time customer, it left me feeling taken advantage of, and honestly, I’d feel the same way even if I were a long-time regular. A confirmed order marked “ready for pickup” shouldn’t turn into a situation where the only alternatives cost more for less. I still made a purchase because I had already arranged transportation, but the entire experience defeated the purpose of ordering ahead and honestly quite distressing to feel so taken advantage of especially during the holiday season. If an item becomes unavailable, customers should at the very least be notified prior to — especially those who rely on planned transportation — instead of finding out at the counter. I’m leaving this review because I was looking forward to trying this place, and the situation could have been handled differently with just a bit more compassion or at the minimum not feel wronged and distraught at the end of the visit. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves how online orders and substitutions are handled. It would go a long way in making sure no one else ends up in the same position.
