This location is just as bad as the one in Moffett. I am done with both locations! The (Owner) and (Management) are awful.
This place has gone down hill big time. They have some of the rudest most obnoxious workers, very bad customer service now. The wait time is completely ridiculous. I'm sick of giving them yet another chance only to be disappointed and treated like an inconvenience. I'm done with this location.
We're very sorry to hear about your experience and that you left feeling disappointed. What you described is not the standard of service we want for anyone who visits us. The day you came in was the day before Thanksgiving (according to the day this was posted) and we were operating with limited staff while experiencing one of our busiest days of the year. That is an explanation, not an excuse. Your wait time should have been communicated better, and you should never feel like you're an inconvenience. We would love to make this right, if you're open to it.
This specific location can show you product and when you go to purchase it they can’t because it is not in the system! Come on people can we get it together? Your other locations have it in the system , so why can’t we? Also to wait that long and then not able to purchase it? Asinine, that’s what it is. Also I don’t leave a review on anything ever so yep y’all did it!
Excellent place—most folks here are friendly and understanding. Prices are great, open 24 hours, and possibly the best spot in town.
