I don't trust anything that this company says I wish I could return everything. One product that I purchased was defective. They said they would replace it. But I am currently call blocked.i was told that there is a ongoing investigation as to why i was call blocked and that i should not go tho the store and be patient until they finish.I don't know if that means I am banned from the store. I don't want anything but to be able to walk up to the door and hand them my 3 container of flower and my oil applicator. I spoke to the district manager. When he thought I was on hold I herd him talk about me to his assistant in a very negative way using a couple of curse words. Everything i stated is easily verifiable if anyone wants to check. Update 2 weeks later Does anyone other than Dave want to let me know why I am call blocked Even after my doctor spent his time to call on my behalf.

Every Dispensary (of the eight different named ones I’ve been to) back their products. Doesn’t work, you bring it back. This one does not for a reason. They claimed something was live (resin or rosin), they flat out lied. I know because I made it very clear that the ones using the wrong process actually make me cough up blood. Zero expression on her face. Since this is “Medical,” you’d expect an iota of at least faked empathy. The two women working at the time were preferential when someone they knew came in after the person behind me. Not because he had a pickup order either. Remember though, the fish rots from the head, so avoid any Sanctuary you can. The name makes sense, though. Not unlike when it’s followed by “City,” they couldn’t care less about people from here.
