their quality’s pretty good but they don’t give deals & ive been loyal to them for about a year now, no matter how much you spend you’ll never get anything off so that part i don’t recommend

“I’ve enjoyed visiting both stores and appreciate the cheerful atmosphere created by most of the staff. The employees are welcoming, upbeat, and make the shopping experience enjoyable. The only challenge I’ve encountered is with Anthony. His attitude toward customers often comes across as sarcastic and dismissive, which can feel condescending. Instead of creating a supportive environment, his tone sometimes makes customers feel uncomfortable or even unintelligent. This stands out in contrast to the otherwise positive and professional service I’ve experienced from the rest of the team. I believe addressing this would help ensure that every customer feels respected and valued.

Lester had the best customer service. Definitely recommend , 10/10!

Lester is super personable and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through the products we were interested in and helped us picked the best ones for us. This was only our second time at this location and he immediately remembered us and recommended an amazing product that was perfect for us. We will definitely come back to see Lester.

Smoky Puffs- Frisco is our favorite vape shops in the area. Everyone is always welcoming and knowledgeable. They have the best prices and an abundance of great quality products. Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable. To add to it, he had only met and assisted me once but remembered me and what I was interested in when I came back weeks later.

Jeremy is the man! Kind, professional and helpful. Don’t look any where else.
