ordered a pax all in one diamonds product online and paid in advance. When I came to the store they only had the live resin version. When I asked about the discrepancy another more senior staff member came over and told me that it’s the same product, but pax changed their packaging which is a lie. When I called him out on the lie, he back tracked and blamed his higher ups for an error in the system with no attempt whatsoever to correct it or apologize on behalf of the establishment. I didn’t really care but when he lied to my face about an easily verifiable fact, he pissed me off. Way too many dispensaries around to be lied to by some overgrown child

Everytime I come into this location no matter who I talk to behind the counter they are always friendly and welcoming. But Jake is my dude! My fave budtender at this location!

Went in to get some batteries and edibles and was met with the best service. Jake is the man. He knew what he was talking about and was very friendly. Definitely will be back soon!

Had another great experience here! This is a great store to shop at, they had a wide variety of products and good prices. Great customer service specifically from Jake, he was very kind and patient while answering many of my questions and then helping me pick out some flower for the weekend. :)
