Typically a good place don’t get me wrong, been a solid customer for years and I will continue to come but the most recent experience I’ve had with one of the lady’s was absolutely horrible. No way you yell at a customer like that was absolutely crazy No respect was given to us, no help was giving, I ended up leaving and driving to a whole new place because I completely felt disrespected

It’s always a pleasure seeing the young lady Daniella at the front desk. She is consistently polite and friendly, and her makeup is always on point it’s truly a highlight of our visit. Whenever we go, her energy is always great; she’s smiling and always makes sure to let us know about the current deals as well as how many points we have on our account. On top of that, the weed selection is excellent and never disappoints.

I used to love going here. Great deals and very friendly staff. Sadly, I am not going to be going here any more due to an experience I had with another customer, that does not seem to concern the staff. While waiting for my name to be called, along with the other man waiting who checked in after me, he starts asking me what I am going to be buying and what I like. That’s fine, normal, friendly talk. But, he then started asking me where I’m from and if I lived near by. Red flag already, I told him I did not live near by, but then he proceeds to ask me HOW I got there. Like if I walked??? HE LITERALLY ASKED ME IF I WALKED THERE. Idk why anybody is concerned with that info. I then looked very confused and said “what??” And he asked again, “did you walk here? How’d you get here” and I stared at him and just said “I drove here. I drive.” And then my name was called and I basically took hella long until he was helped and left before me. Fast forward about 4 days and I just can’t stop thinking how weird that was and hoping if he’s a regular he’s not making other women feel like this, so I called The Sanctuary and talked to the manager who answered. I told him what happened and he responded with “you should have said something then, we can’t go back in the que and check.” Which, correct me if I’m wrong, but that’s the whole damn point of having the check in system right?? To HAVE A LOG OF WHO AND WHEN THEY CHECKED IN! And then he basically said there’s just nothing to do and I should have said something then because “they’re the sanctuary, they’re all good vibes.” So because of that response to my concerning matter, I do not feel comfortable spending my money here anymore.

I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for the front desk receptionist, Daniella. She informed me about Green Wednesday and provided clear, helpful details regarding the available bundles. Her guidance was incredibly valuable as I was preparing for a family Thanksgiving gathering. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to assist truly made a difference. Also I love there selection it's amazing

Selection is good. No apple or Google pay.

They had a big selection to choose from and very good customer service. I would highly recommend them.
