I'd like to make management aware of the front desk employee's highly unprofessional conduct. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and needlessly confrontational during a routine ID check. This level of behavior is unacceptable for a customer-facing position, inconsistent with basic customer service standards, and needs to be addressed.
