I received an email advising the current point system was going to be changed and all accrued points much be used before early January, 2026 (I cannot remember exact date). Over the last 2 weeks I have made 2 purchases at the Bridgewater Dispensory. I did not know I was not accruing points for those purchases. When I asked how many points I had accrued prior to paying for my last purchase I was told 295. I asked what the total points were after making the purchase I was told 295. I said how can that be given I had 295 PRIOR to the purchase. I was then told points were FROZEN on November 5, 2025. I never received notifiction of this. Why freeze points more than a month prior to the point system changing? I feel ripped off and it has soured my taste in frequenting your dispensory again. I am a senior citizen with a medical cannabis certificate and need to use all the discounts I can get. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!
