It should be open during open hours and not have a sign saying they’ll be back in 30mins. Who you think is about to wait for that? No I’ll just go to someone who is open.

I've never had to bring back any item I've purchased. When I did, sales associate did everything within power to rectify my broken battery that never from day one.

The POS system appeared to suffer a glitch which resulted in extra charges to my card. The associate called her supervisor, who expeditiously contacted me to explain the problem as well as what he would immediately do to fix the mistake. I greatly appreciated his urgency in resolving the matter, which did not appear to be the fault of the associate. I will continue shopping here unless I die an early death, probably due to having shopped here.

Popped in for two items, popped out with a receipt that made me do a double-take. Apparently I bought the luxury editions of what I went for, twice the price of anywhere else 🙃, but with none of the added benefits. No refunds of course, which I wasn’t going to ask for but it was the first thing they said when I asked about the price so this is clearly something that happens often. So if you’re into paying top-dollar for everyday stuff and learning life lessons the expensive way, this place is a hidden gem. Enjoy! Extra star because the sales rep was pleasant to talk to.
