Tobacco Hemp Cigars T.H.C.

I’ve been to plenty of smoke shops in different states, but Tobacco, Hemp, Cigars in Houston genuinely surprised me in the best way. Prices here are almost unreal — vapes under $30 (American-made!), and THC-A products that are both legal and way more affordable than anything I’ve seen back home. What really made me a repeat customer, though, is the energy of the place. Ki didn’t just ring me up — he took the time to actually talk with me, break down product differences, and even let me go on my usual cannabinoid/endocannabinoid nerd-out without missing a beat. You don’t get that kind of patience, knowledge, or genuine interest just anywhere. The shop is easy to find, the selection is strong, and the vibe inside is warm and welcoming. No pressure, no rush — just people who know their stuff and treat you like you’re part of the community from the jump. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, you’re definitely missing out. Big thanks to Ki and the whole T.H.C. crew for making Houston feel like home way faster than I expected. 🤗

Pulled up here during a breast cancer marathon for my mother-in-law, a survivor, by the way ,and parked in a handicap spot right in front of their store. The place was closed, lights off, not a single person inside. Out of nowhere, this dude on a bike rolls up like he owns the block and starts demanding I move because they “open in 30 minutes.” Bro, chill. Nobody’s dying to get into your empty shop at 9 AM. Fifteen minutes later, the same clown comes back yelling like a maniac, trying to start something over a parking space. Guess he thought harassing people would make the line move faster, except there was no line. I was actually going to buy a vape here since mine died, but after seeing how they act, I went up the street instead, better vibes, better prices, and actual customer service. This place is run by grown children who throw tantrums when they don’t get their way. Save yourself the headache, there are way better shops in Dallas that know how to act right. Edit- Thank you for responding it confirms exactly why I left the review in the first place. You didn’t ask what happened. You didn’t care that it was a **breast cancer marathon** or that my **mother-in-law a survivor ** needed the **handicap space**. Instead, you replied with sarcasm and a threat to tow. That’s not customer service. That’s ego in uniform. No one blocked your entrance. No one disrespected you. I was literally planning to shop there until your employee chose attitude over empathy twice. Your response shows this wasn’t just one bad employee; it’s a reflection of how you run things. I’ve moved on to better places that don’t mistake hostility for professionalism.

Edit at bottom: The fact that there is no website and i have no option to request to follow on an instagram account and wait for them to allow it just to veiw the said products or anything for that matter is ridiculous. Not just that i could be sure it wont ahow pricing or everything that a typical website would provide. If im not able to see anything before i show up im not wasting time to attempt to show up cause if there is nothin i seek and i wont know this till i get there then its not worth my business. I have no intentions to waste time and or moneu just to get there to not be able to find something i need. All this alone shows lack of business management skills. I never said anything about the actual sellin of products online. Both those things were your automatic assumption or that the way you put it is what I meant or was implying by any part of my first part of the reveiw that's not in this edit. And 3. based on other reviews and some of my past experiences, the lack of knowledge or understanding of some or much of the items that wouldn't have had much effect, and at times in the past I have tried to call I get no answer in the first place... So try not to assume or add or manipulate people's statements. Since you so arrogantly put it, and yes ya did with the context of the way ya wrote it... the fact you haven't been here.. blah blah blah.. we don't sell online.. arrogantly assumued blah blah blah... but like many ya are likley to delete your response or alter it to fix have ya did all that like I point out here in my edit as a response that I give to your response.... any slight chance ya had of me comin back or to advising others to shop here must have drank a redbull cause it just grew wings and flew out the window.
