The best stop in town! Always get the best help from Nino, super helpful, charismatic, funny and super down to earth. Always has the answer to any of the crazy questions I can come up with and Always willing to spend the time to help. I'll go across town just to shop here. Has the best prices and deals and has some stuff that you cant get anywhere else in town.

Started ordering through their website during covid when everywhere was shut down. Ordered 2 kilos of kratom and they accidentally sent the wrong strains we emailed them the owner made it right by replacing both for free even though had taken a few doses outta 1. We had no vechile so he had his manager Heather bring the right kinds to us & grabbed the wrong ones. They went above and beyond to make it right so ever since then weve gave them our business and absolutely love Heather, Kim and their staff at both locations! They also have CHEAPEST prices in town if you want great quality kratom thats actually good and not crappy kratom!

Hate to leave a review like this but loyal customers don’t mean anything to these people you would think by now they would know the difference of people bringing something back just to get something free and when someone’s bringing it back because the product was broke/leaking/not working I can’t wait to find another place to go buy my stuff

While the employees were helpful and friendly in a day and age where you can buy product online anywhere and everywhere you have options. You expect for a store to stand by what they sell. And that means if the customer is not satisfied with your product then you should be able to issue them a full refund whether the product is opened or not not because you think you're going to lose money but because you know that that customer is going to come back to you the next time they want to buy something. This store proved that they care more about their dollar then brand then earning a loyal customer who will come back multiple times throughout the year and spend hundreds of dollars maybe even thousands of dollars as opposed to the one time they tried your shop and we're not satisfied and you refuse to give them a refund because the product was opened. I'm a loyal customer and that just proves to me that I will not be using your business ever again for myself or for my family.

We bought a vape from this store and we are having problems with it so we went back and ask the girl working there and she said she knows nothing about them I ask to talk to the manager and she got really rude so I will not recommend this store when we first went to the store to buy the vape she stood at the cash register we ask her 3 times for help and she got a attitude very rude I will not spend money at a place that treats customers like that
