Made my first medical purchase yesterday. I got 6 cartridges that were on sale due to expiring in about a month. I went home and opened 2 that both had extreme discoloration of the distillate and a strong chemical taste. Received a call back today saying they were only able to offer a 25$ credit for the product but don’t worry I can keep the unusable medicine too!

Informative staff and chill environment

It’s really as bad as the other reviews are saying. Run down. Not a very friendly nor helpful staff. Go to Fluent/Etain around the corner. So much better selection and people.

Very disappointed with this location because they don't honor their own policies but instead fault their computer systems for not being updated. Somewhere in the mix, they expect me to lose out on a promised discount. After a stern conversation with a rep who really didn't care about my problem, I had to threaten them with a bad review. Please take responsibility for your own mistakes, Vireo! Can't wait for Etain to open something in White Plains.

I had issue with order and price deduction. I emailed cooperate and spoke with John. For the inconvenience I went through, John made it right for me. He gave me excellent discount. John was extremely pleasant to speak with. Thanks for all your hard work that Vireo keeps growing excellent flower. I will be a returning customer for life

The staff here is wonderful. I pick up for my mother all the time and they never disappoint. They have always treated us wonderfully. They’re always so helpful. They’re very knowledgeable on the products they have. Every visit is always engaging and the level of professionalism they have is outstanding.
