Zen Leaf Dispensary Chicago (Rogers Park)

Better service at the dispensary on Clark and Lunt. You would think a manager would get off their butt and help when the line is out the door, but no. You are never going to see more than 2 clerks at the count even when the line is out the door. This was once a great shop, but now it sucks. Go somewhere that give a damn. 30 minutes in line for weed? GFY... ITA!!! Once was great. Now it sucks.

Sort of a Mom & Pop feel to this small shop with a small parking lot in a low key neighborhood. Sometimes a little bit of a wait but always friendly and nice stock.

Jourdan was very attentive and helpful , pretty cheerful as well and he made the experience pleasant and smooth

They pass up medical patients to get through the line. It seems counterintuitive to every single reason medical patients are medical patients. I’ve never had that experience at a medical dispensary! There are plenty of rec shops, it would feel nice to be prioritized as a customer who pays yearly and jumps through regulatory hoops. Also as a customer with hidden disabilities. Not every medical patient “looks” it.

Had to come back here to update my review because I hate going here so much. The prices are the only reason that keeps me coming back. But if there’s any kind of like expect to wait 30+ minutes. This place is horribly managed and probably understaffed. There’s always not enough people behind the counter and someone upfront to help people do orders. But if there’s a long line and no one else coming in like hop behind the counter!!! I hate waiting here so much and watching it be horribly run
