4Twenty Market Weed Dispensary West Hollywood

First time here today: I came in and security scanned my ID. There were 2 people ahead of me and security said it'd be a couple minutes. There was no one at the counter. The guy in front of me said he'd been waiting 10 minutes already and the woman in front of him said the same and she was ready to go. I waited 5 minutes and was going to head out when two people came from behind a door and took their place at the sales counter. They had my online order and it was easy to pick up, but I won't be going again. It was just weird and I can go to any dispensary and not have to wait like that.

I was a long-term customer, but something went wonky under new management. I went in today for example, no customers waiting other than myself, but nobody other than security was there. Security said woman was in the back. 10 minutes later she never came back out. I had to abandon ship. That's the best example I can give because that's happened to me multiple times their. Whether it's lack of staff or entirely lacking inventory, I stopped going for a reason. This is Los angeles, there's a dispensary everywhere it's not worth your time to go somewhere that waste your time

I love this dispensary cause of its great selection and their wonderful staff! Rusty is the best bud tender in LA, very knowledgeable and kind. Its always a pleasure to go to 420 Market and catch up with that friendly staff. Great store!

The worst customer experience I've ever had. The security is so rude to conversation with customer. You can't move in store. You need just sit. Yes bro, you sit all day. That's the result, rude person.
