First time in. Will NOT be back. The associate working today was SO rude. Was on the phone on her AirPods during our entire time in there. Had to ask her to get out of the chair to come get something out of the case. Then when asking about prices she told us the price of the two options. So we said ok let me get the *** one. And she responded with a very large attitude “it’s 5$!” We said ok…. Can we have that one…? Like why are you snapping at us when we already asked the prices and told you that was the one we wanted? Music was loud and she was on the phone the entire time. Let’s also add she didn’t make any effort to greet us; walked away while we were walking in strait to the back to sit in her chair. Normally I’m super passive. But who wants to be treated like a huge burden when u walk into a business to spend the money we work hard for? Walked in there expecting to spend good money on a large glass piece. But bought the basics that we already had asked for and needed so we could just get the heck out of there. Who wants to be snapped at for telling the associate what product we want? I couldn’t imagine treating customers this way. Buyer beware. If they treat you like crap, don’t spend your money.

Since the first day that I came in Mia and the staff have always treated me with kindness & have always made me feel extremely safe with them.

I'm a regular here. I come in all of the time. Mia is always super helpful and kind. She always helps me find what I'm looking for or suggest similar things with a great, welcoming attitude. I'd give her a raise if I could.

The employees always greet me and are very helpful. I always love when Mia is there. She goes above and beyond in helping me. She is a very sweet person.

Decent selection and great cones selection but they burn incense which leeches on to the product😒
