B-Town Vapes and glass downtown is hands down my favorite place to go. Not only is the staff always friendly and down to earth but they are kind and generous as well! Nick C not only helped me find what I was needing but I was a little short and he offered to cover me no questions asked. This place is amazing and I will definitely be coming back.

LaShelle and Bo were awesome! Proficient with great customer service. I’ll most definitely be returning. I highly recommend Downtown B-Town. Any B-Town shops are good business.

Clayton, the store manager is super cool. His customer service is phenomenal!! Super friendly guy. I’ve been to a few different vape shops and the vibe this guy has, is amazing. The store was super clean as well. If I could work at any vape shop it would be this one. I saw him treat his employee with kindness and seemed to really respect the guy too. I’m definitely shopping at this vape shop again!
