Clown show, drive 30 minutes to get there 5 mins after closing. Hours aren’t right on the page. Probably good tree considering you gotta be zonked out to pull some shit like that off for your business

I did a lab test myself because I was skeptical and it exceeded my expectations!! They are truly a great company and are truthful about their products. Kyle was very rude. The processing time is not clearly stated until after purchase and if you point that out Kyle responds with a rude response. I would not recommend

Now since my first visit to now. Service is not the best. Like another person said before. The more you go the more the more they want to charge you. Bring back the old employees because the new ones ain’t cutting it. If you explained the deals and discounts but don’t do them what’s the point.

We happened to be out of town and in the area when we saw the location nearby. We entered and were greeted by John from behind the counter. He was incredibly professional, friendly and gave us recommendations based on our own preferences. Was a super positive experience and I'd happily recommend this location to my friends!

I did enjoy this store but when you are literally standing on there sidewalk at there door at 6:02 after driving an hour and a half to purchase soley from them they don’t care and will be very rude and hateful with you, save yourself the time if you are crunched for time and don’t even try to get there before they close just go elsewhere…. May never go back after this one no reason for employees to be rude and ugly to clients

I've always had a pleasant experience with black tie & their staff as I normally go to Hoover store as I will continue to use after 1 trip to The Homewood location. I call things like I see them. There was a black guy and a white guy working. I'm white and I had a Trump hat on. In short the white guy was very polite but I ask the black guy a question 3 different times and he acted like he didn't hear me. But when a black guy customer came back in with a mix up with his purchase the black guy treated the black customer very polite ,& even joking around. The black customer left and I said something again & the black guy acted like I wasn't there! Next go read my Hoover store review. I won't return to Homewood location.
