Hi Nicholas, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review — but I believe there may be a mix-up here. Our North Carolina location is not a retail storefront, and our Google listing clearly states this. It is a fulfillment and distribution center for online orders only, and not open to the public. In fact, the facility operates 24 hours a day, so arriving “5 minutes after closing” would be… impressive, to say the least. It seems this review may have been intended for another business or a different location entirely. We’re always happy to help, but we do want to make sure customers have accurate information so they don’t take an unnecessary 30-minute drive only to be disappointed. I completely understand how delays can be frustrating, especially during the holiday season, but the information provided to you was correct and consistent with what all customers see.
