Black Tie CBD - Hoover

Waited 20 minutes to make a $150 purchase. People in line were trying to figure it out. Dude clearly saw me and could’ve checked me while talking to customers.

Stopped by a few weeks ago. Had great service and very nice selection. Too bad the state is changing the laws, thank you for everything and best of lunch.

Absolutely love this place! Found it on a work trip to Chelsea and have been ordering ever since, or if I'm in the mood I'll make the drive from moundville. Will be ordering weekly until July 1st. Really hate what our government has done to the hemp business. I wish you all well, thank you for supplying solid products!

I cannot in good faith support a company with shady business practices. The bible asks "What does it profit a man to gain the world at the expense of his soul?" and I would say that question works here as well. What good is it if a product is high quality but the service is unreliable and untrustworthy? Black Tie knew THC-A legality was challenged and that it is only legal currently by technicality. They didnt warn any of us of this, or that if it were to ever get tested in a crime lab it would register as full blown loud street grade marihuana, and that some states (Such as AL) can and will charge you with Trafficking over it! They claimed for years that they stand by their customers and their product. I used to be an underground influencer, and Black Tie was one of my biggest sponsors. Kyle and I have had many talks about these matters and more. Other companies, like Tweedle Farms, CBD Hemp Direct, and RESTART CBD either issued a statement as to why they wont sell it or issued a statement of warning regarding the product prior to purchase. Since encountering a legal issue over this product the support went from excellent to non existent. Black Tie employees dont answer my calls and Kyle doesnt answer my calls or emails. Ive been given the silent treatment and left to a battle that took my son from my home and threatens to lock me up for a long time over what I thought was legal hemp. DO NOT USE THIS BRAND UNTIL THEY CAN FIND THEIR MORALS! I am saddened that I had to let them go as they truly are the best quality of all the brands I tried and used to have the best service too, or so I had thought. But what does that profit you if you cant trust the brand, if they wont support you or their product, and if you cant get any service? EDIT AFTER RECENT RESPONSE: While it was seemingly on the surface nice of Kyle to come here & respond to me after all this time, it was a pointed jab & a deflection using emails he and I shared privately - out of context, which breaches my trust further I should add, but also doing so in defense of himself and his company. What he is referring to is that, in a civil matter, I filed a response after the 3rd judge in a row acted corruptly, & I threatened only to write the Judicial Committee, news agencies, and to escalate to a higher court. They sent a 20+ man sting to my house over this, claiming it to be a threat. This is true. It was during this sting they claimed to smell MJ & I showed them my black tie certificates & a sealed bag to prove it was hemp. Yes, it was the corrupt officers that broke the law, but Kyle was my friend, or so I thought, and not just my dealer. I called him from investigations & told him everything, how they say thc-a (& at the time they claimed all flower but that is wrong; it was just so they could put more charges on me) was illegal in Alabama. They used what they knew was hemp to classify it as MJ using an old law called Leni's Law that says all hemp is liquid form only. Then they made my paperwork & product disappear. The only thing I asked of Kyle was to resend me the paperwork they stole & some kind of note or notice that I'm a long time repeat customer, and he went silent. This was not the nice response it appears to be, nor did he treat me good as a friend or as a client. I got the silent treatment. He's misquoting emails now while name dropping to send the appearance I got myself in trouble doing something wrong when in fact I didn't. According to NYT vs Sullivan, especially in the case of Judge Rogers who is a political figure bc she is married to Mike Rogers, head of state & RINO in charge of our nation's intel forces in DC, I can under 1st amendment take up my complaint with them legally & it can even be "caustic or vehement" (it wasn't, it was very nice to all despite the offense & it offered them all a way out). The local courts have become (or always were?) a corrupt for profit organization ran by the same few families that run the area through nepotism, despotism, & racism. I stood up to forces that were empowering corruption on the local level.

I really like this location. These guys and gals have always been so nice and helpful. They don't care if I'm white & wear my Trump hat ! The white & black employees all treat me the same at the Hoover location. I really don't like putting stuff out like this but it's exactly the way I was treated.at Homewood location. Thank you Hoover & Black Tie I really love your products. 😊

Black Tie has been a life saver. Great selection of THCA flower and the quality is outstanding.
