The search and charges, by your own account, were carried out under suspicion of threats made to a judge and based on the judgment of local authorities—not because of anything Black Tie has done, nor because of any misleading claims made by our company. You noted: "They used these false pretenses to enter my house unlawfully... and claimed my newly acquired Black Tie product... was suddenly being mischaracterized as marijuana." This statement underscores the fact that law enforcement’s actions were driven by local interpretations of your situation, not by actions on our part. While we deeply sympathize with your circumstances, we must respectfully state that Black Tie CBD does not offer legal assistance or representation to customers, particularly in cases not directly caused by the company or our products. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. It took us longer than expected to get our facilities moved across the country and set back up, which led to our inventory shortage. We have this straightened out now. As for our credit card processor, we weren’t given any notice that they were terminating our account due to not wanting to process CBD payments anymore. We do have a new processor and are getting operations back to normal now.
