Pulled up at 3pm on a Tuesday and the door was locked. I waited outside for 15min and called multiple times until I got fed up and left. May I recommend adding a doorbell?

Bloom labs was friendly and respectful, and I appreciated how Jalen took the time to answer my questions without making me feel out of place. He’s the best! 🤟I picked up some gummies and I am very satisfied with results… I will be back!

Store is a whole vibe! Staff makes it fun and are super knowledgable!

Sad to see this place go down hill with customer service. New sales guy was not very helpful, poor customer service and just all around bad attitude. I almost walked out because of that alone but I already drove 15 mins to get there. My experiences before this were always so great but seems like new ownership doesn’t seem to prioritize good customer service. This will ruin your sales as the cannabis market is to inflated to have this poor of customer service. I hope things change for this place back to how it used to be.

i used to love coming to BloomLabs. i was a loyal customer since 2022-2023 then they opened. it’s so sad to see how far they have fallen in the last few years. i just had the rudest encounter with one of their staff. not only do they only allow 2 customers at the same time, the staff was completely rude, cold, unhelpful and seemed determined to get me out of there as quickly as possible. i hated this experience and drove to experience the store. i guess it’s time to transition to Weezies where they don’t treat you like garbage or an inconvenience to be shopping at the store.

Bloom labs is a great spot. Colton went over the rules and regulations and new laws surrounding marijuana and other things in the state of Texas. He was able to hook us up with the right stuff and it honestly it was great for a great price. I think this business is here to stay and I wish Colton the best of luck. He’s a great guy.
