Lady name cha was rude and disrespectful this past Thursday . This lady acts like she didn't want to help or want business. She was pushy and acted like she was in a rush. I went in today in hopes she wasn't there because if she was I would have walked out and took my business else where.

Absolutely love this place! Boutique High is the definition of a hidden gem a super cute local mom-and-pop dispensary with major charm. The vibe is always welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Their flower? Top-tier. Every strain I’ve tried has been super fresh, flavorful, and potent. And the prices? Seriously unbeatable for the quality you’re getting. It feels good to support a small local business that clearly cares about their products and their community. Definitely my go-to spot!

Great little spot, however, the variety on quality Herb has really dipped below standard in the past few months, and for that reason I have been shopping elsewhere. Please bring some Quality Strains back to your menu, because some of the big names you have are not smoking like they should. Black ash. Chemical after taste and headache. Got some GMO Cookies before the weekend, after not shopping here for a minute, and it was definitely NOT a cookie strain.

I have been a long time patient, and any dispensary owner in town knows I’m a very Picky Patient who requires and desires only the Best experiences. And if not, Miss Jaysa will let you know. I wanted to try something different for a change instead of the same old dispensaries I’ve been loyal to for years. I’ve seen these smaller, local shops popping up since rec hit and this place is just about 2 miles away or so. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon, and my tender was very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. They have very good medicine and still have high dosage edibles for Patients, which most of the older dispensaries sold out and now cater to the Rec’s with low dose edibles. It’s medicine for a lot of folx, and we need our dosages. I was very happy with my experience here and will most likely be back. The tender was even respectful enough to recommend other smaller shops that are doing a good job. I appreciated this integrity. Thanks for a good experience! **Update: I've been loyal to this place for over two years now. The past three months, the vibe has been completely off. I no longer really enjoy going here. Been hitting up Verdes on Lomas and Carlisle. The new loyalty program kinda sucks too. I'll update if things change or get better. Usually go in on Wednesdays and it always feels anxious and rushed. Sad it's changed. Consistency is key in this market.**
