The customer service has improved. Some deals have gotten better but prices still a bit high compared to last year. Less points per dollar spent in store. I just smoke much less these days. The industry, and all corporatized industries, has really been a downer on this human experience.

The people there were very helpful. I went to get some gummies for my sister, and having no knowledge of any of the things. They don't know ASL but most places don't (so honestly would have been surprised if they did). The person who helped me was friendly and patient. And I appreciates the effort. Even signed "Thank you", which I appreciated as well. I also cannot tell you how much I really liked how the person helping me did not raise thier voice once they realized. Instead she made sure I could see her and read her lips if I needed to (I can hear just fine, just having a mute day). 100% will go back to buy my sister more weed for Christmas next year if these are to her liking.

they sold me the wrong product and refused to exchange/refund/do anything at all. they made me wait 20 minutes to speak to an employee who stared at me like i was stupid. they also refused to let me speak to a manager. don't shop at the sw clay location

I went to this location to buy some product and there were some gentlemen in front of me chatting it up with the person at the cash register (I love camaraderie, but I had gotten to the store around 9:40 PM and was really trying to be able to check out before 10 PM when the register is closed off. At this point it was a few minutes before 10, and I had not even ordered yet). I asked the people in front of me if they were almost done because I would like to place my order before 10, and I don’t think they understood that the register is closed at 10 Per Oregon law. Anyway, what I am getting to, is when I finally had the opportunity to order there were approximately two minutes left and I let the lady know my order pretty quickly so that she could get it registered. On my way out of the store, I heard the older gentleman mocking me verbatim. I was about to say something, but how he was mocking me pushed all of my emotions to the breaking point and I just walked out. I am gay and when I heard him mocking me he raised his voice and faked a lisp and it just all seemed too intentional for it not to be on purpose.
