tried to buy a bong that was on display and the worker wouldn’t sell it to me because she didn’t know the price?? then told me to come back later to buy it? what kind of business move is that - the lady working had no idea what she was talking about and made the whole interaction super awkward and uncomfortable - will be avoiding

Very disappointed! Just visited this shop for the first time, excited to try a new place, and got a jar of their "nicer" flower. The buds were very small and the eighth only weighed 3.23 g! (An eighth should weigh at least 3.5 g) Was a little suspicious when I couldn't see the flowers before I bought them, but I trusted the budtender. Do not purchase their house flower as it is not proper weight! No faith in this place! Shady.
We take pride in our house flower, it is grown by our master grower that has 30yrs of experience so the quality of our flower is phenomenal. We do apologize for the shortage. We are willing to comp you a 1/8 based on the shortage. I noticed you didn’t comment on the quality. We have been in business longer than any dispensary in California so California Cannabis and shady don’t even go together. With that been said. We have humans weighting our products so mistakes can be possible. Let us make this right with you . Everything we do and provide in any of our California Cannabis locations we stand behind. Feel free to come and get your free 1/8 and ask for the owner when you arrive as he is very active in his business and want to make right anything that doesn’t go right in his location.
Don buy this brand ( REVELRY ) they are the worst in quality control, the. weed has pollutants and chemicals and burns black. It got me sick and have a bad throat for a week. The company does not answer or reply they are horrible in the Mariguana industry.
