the bud was dry and lacking smell, and the bags smell like they have been sprayed with a full bottle of axe body spray per bag to the point the smell penetrated the weed

Unfortunately, Cannabudz lost a frequent customer today! I bought a vape that was absolutely disgusting tasting, almost burnt like. I try to return the device when I get the answer that there is nothing they could do and ultimately that I am SOL. I wish customer satisfaction was important to them because this goes a very long way in customer service industry. I will never be returning to this place. Simple as that. I’m sure they could care less, but eventually after you upset enough people, your money becomes effected.
