Had me drive out there based on the information provided on their website. When it says there one package left I expect there to be one package left. Horrible experience on driving out here for something and then try to get sold something else that more expensive. Their supposed accommodation was trying to get me to pay more for something that I didn’t make a drive for. Not my issue how you guys dont know your own stock. something that showed it was $10. I went to east river farms and found the same price without the headache. Theres a reason this store is empty and their staff does know how to communicate with staff Knowledgeable about their own inventory. I had to literally go online to tell the staff member what I was specifically looking for at a certain price because they were trying to upsell me the moment I got in there. I didn’t find it funny like your employees did on having me show up based on one last package and there’s nothing left in regards what had me drive out there and the specific price i was looking for. Which was an 8th for $10 not whatever you guys have left. Literally wasted my time and expected me to buy something else for more money. NO I wont be deceived on something you guys offer online and apparently not have in store just to get me to buy something else for more money how ever little that might’ve been. They didn’t even offer to accommodate for their own mistakes and getting me to come out there in waste my time, They basically said I have no idea what you’re talking about but we have other things for sale. How do you not know your inventory? Are you guys lost in there?? Seems maybe they need someone stepping in with knowledge of their prices and inventory. Thanks for the wasting my time wont stop by ever again. If they dont know their inventory yet alone whats in their product. I make a purchase online on it and never got a message at all for the product that shows 1 left. Im supposed just to figure it on my own why I'm not getting a message for why my purchase isn’t ready. All aspects horrible horrible experience, you guys are not the only ones with more than 3/4 discount on their products looking elsewhere was best option.
